Shipping Policy

Free Insured ground shipping in the contiguous US mainland through USPS, FEDEX, UPS, or OTHER carriers is included in your retail purchase for all items under 8 ft. in length, and/or 50 lbs. (in any one box) or less. Some of our items require signature at time of delivery due to the size of the box and content value. Theft of parcels after delivery is not covered by Madden Industries nor carrier shipment insurance. Please make arrangements to have your delivery delivered to a location where it is secured, inspected, and signed for (if required) acceptance.

Madden Industries will always provide a usable tracking number and carrier contact info for the ultimate consignee to meet and/or track a delivery package.

If your shipment requires freight (due to length, and/or destination), then freight charges will be added to your invoice and are to be paid before shipment. Freight would be provided with a standard curbside or terminal delivery. Curbside delivery allows you the consignee to hand unload the individual boxes off the pallet from the back of the truck. If you (the ultimate consignee) request any other carrier services such as appointment time, and/or lift gate, please note – the carrier will bill you (the ultimate consignee) after delivery. Madden Industries insures all shipments during transport. Madden Industries recommends having a shipment delivered to a business or a location where you (the ultimate consignee) can meet the driver at time of delivery. At time of your freight delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the condition of the boxes and notate any box damage on the shippers BOL (bill of lading) before the driver departs the delivery location. If there is shipment damage, please call our office immediately.

If we are shipping out of the US; international shipping charges, tariffs, and/or duty charges are the responsibility of the ultimate consignee. Shipments outside the contiguous US mainland will be subject to additional shipping charges unless arranged by you (the ultimate consignee) and you have instructed us to ship to a freight forwarder.

If you have questions on a shipment or our shipping policies, please call our office.
